A .Due to the specifications of the ordering system, it is not possible to change the details of an order once it has been confirmed. Also, please note that we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.

Q .Is it possible to send separate orders together?
A .Due to the specifications of our ordering system, we ship products by order number. Items with different order numbers cannot be shipped together. Please note.

■Regular products We will ship the products within 5 business days after confirming your order or confirming your payment.

■ Precautions regarding delivery
・Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays. We do not ship products outside business hours.
・It may take longer than usual during Obon, GW, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. We will inform you on SNS and site news each time.
・As soon as the delivery is completed, we will send you a shipping completion email.
・It may take some time depending on traffic conditions, weather, and area. Also, delivery to remote islands may take time.


Q.Please tell me about the shipping fee.
A .For domestic orders, a flat rate of 770 yen (including tax) will be charged per order.
For international deliveries, we use Fedex. The shipping fee is a uniform 3,300 yen (including tax).


Q .Please tell me about the delivery company.
A. All ordered products will be shipped from Sagawa Express.
You can check the product delivery status in real time from the Sagawa Express baggage inquiry service below. When checking, please prepare the "Baggage Inquiry Number" described in the "Notice of Product Shipment" e-mail sent after the product is shipped.

Q .Can I change the shipping address after confirming the order?
A .It is possible to change the shipping address before the product is shipped. Please contact us using the inquiry form after entering your shipping address information after the change as shown below.

Q. When will payment occur?
A.
・Credit card will be charged after the order is confirmed.

・Cash on delivery Please pay the total amount plus the cash on delivery fee to the delivery person when the product is delivered.
* Only domestic delivery is available.
*Some remote islands and some areas may not be available.

・Paidy next month payment We will issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month, closing the billing amount at the end of each month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store installation terminal), bank transfer and account transfer.
Payment deadline is 10 days for convenience store payment and bank transfer. In the case of direct debit, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th*. However, it may be the 20th* in January and May.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). In the case of convenience store payment, the transfer fee is 356 yen (tax included), and in the case of bank transfer, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. In the case of fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged. please note.
*If it falls on a bank holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
*As a result of the examination by paidy, depending on the customer's maximum amount, it may not be possible to use paidy next month's payment.

Q.Is it possible to change the payment method after completing the order?
A.Due to the specifications of the ordering system, it is not possible to change the payment method once confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.


Q.An error occurred when I selected a credit card.
A.If the payment is not completed and an error occurs, the following causes can be considered.
・There is an error in the registration of card information (card number, security code, etc.) ・The expiration date of the card has passed ・Payment refusal by the credit card company

▼About returns and exchanges
Q.Can I return or exchange the product?
A .As a general rule, +81 does not accept returns or exchanges for customer's convenience. Returns and exchanges due to initial defects are only accepted within 7 days after the product arrives. We will bear the shipping fee for exchanging defective products. When you receive the product, please be sure to check the condition of the product.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to fill in the [order number] and [product name] on the "Inquiry Form" and send it back.
